Candidate will lead multiple accounts end to end on IC role dealing with Ops Leadership, PMO, Central Corporate Team, Finance Team, HR Operations, HR Recruitment & BI team.
Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Workforce Management (WFM) methodologies with a strong focus on staff planning, scheduling, and stakeholder management.
• Create, develop, and maintain detailed capacity plans with volume projections and key business assumptions.
• Analyse historical volumes and create long-term staffing plans while keeping in mind Service Level goals, Operational Flexibility, and Cost Effectiveness.
• Maintain headcount reporting, attrition tracking, and business trends for all functions.
• Continuously monitor and adjust forecasts according to changes in demand, while identifying potential risks to capacity and proactively creating contingency plans.
• Collaborate with the Command Center and Operations teams to gauge current business trends on shrinkage and productivity in order to enhance planning models.
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Open to rotational shift.
Complete WFO profile.
Experience: 4-5 years+
Sat and Sun fixed off.
