About me

As a Intraday Analyst, I supported forecasting, staffing and capacity-planning efforts to align workforce levels with demand, and helped maintain schedule adherence. I used AWS and Salesforce for real-time monitoring and workforce data tracking, leveraged Aspect Workforce Management to build and manage shift schedules, and employed Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
